Working principle

The wood chip dryer consists of a heating furnace, a feed port, a drum, a filter drum, a conveyor pipe, a cooling drum, and a discharge port. The wood chips are fully dried in the drum, separated again and then entered into the conveying pipe for further drying. The baffle can keep impurities out of the conveying pipe to ensure the high quality of dry wood chips. Under the joint action of the rotating drum and the spray pipe, the wet material is fluidized and fully contacted with the heat flow.
