Working principle

  • 1. The feeding part:

    It has two feed ports.One port can crush wood logs and big diameter timber sticks and wood bars etc,Another port can crush the relatively small diameter of branches, corn cob, peanut shell, slab waste, bark knotty wood,wood chips,straw,husk,etc

  • 2. The crush part:

    While working, wood material is fed into the crushing chamber though feed hopper. Crushed by high speed rotating hammer, large particles hit the gears with strong impact force. Got repetitive collision and friction press from hammers and gears, raw material is gradually being ground into small chips and sawdust.When the sawdust reaches the required size, it can get through the mesh of the sieve and discharge.

  • 3.Powder collection and dust removal part:

    The finished sawdust is sent to the collection place by the fan.
