1.Successful delivery of Bx216 type drum wood chipper to Indonesia

      In early November, a 216-type drum chipper was loaded into a container, equipped with a feeding motor, hydraulic frame, discharge belt conveyor, knife sharpener, and electrical cabinet. All equipment and accessories are strictly implemented in accordance with the contract requirements.
      This drum chipper is specialized equipment for producing high quality wood chips.The order lasted more than one month from intial inquiry to loading. Our salesman gave client professional analysis of woodchips processing process, equipment introduction and model recommendation. Client also gave a high appreciation for our careful, patient, intimate. Now the machine has been loaded and delivered to client. We will continue to follow up the installation and debugging with client.
 

2.Signing site for wood flour production line in Egypt

      In the traditional wood flour production line, the raw materials must be crushed at least twice and ground once to obtain the ideal wood flour. The logs need to be chipped first, then crushed, and finally ground using a wood flour machine.In order to help customers optimize the production process and save production costs as much as possible, our company launched a multi-functional forced feed crusher in 2022.
      Forced feed wood crusher is on the basis of wood crusher, the use of magnetic roller extrusion cutting, coupled with the principle of hammer cutting friction on the spindle, the material is crushed, compared with the original wood crusher, automatic feeding wood crusher has the advantage of saving time and labor, can accelerate the crushing of materials, the use of high-strength magnetic roller extrusion cutting.
      When our salesperson received the customer's inquiry, based on the customer's raw materials and production requirements, after continuous adjustments and optimizations, we finally helped the customer formulate a targeted production plan, which greatly reduced the customer's production cost and took into account what the customer wanted to do. In order to expand production in the future, the customer can add 4 additional mills and still meet the demand. The customer was very satisfied and signed the contract immediately.




 

3.Vietnam kaolin dryer successfully put into use!

      At the end of June 2023, the 1.8x20 meter kaolin dryer customized by Vietnamese customers was successfully shipped, including a combustion furnace, combustion chamber, and cyclone dust removal system.
      Because the customer was anxious to use it, our business staff immediately communicated with the technical staff after receiving the inquiry ,and  formulated a personalized plan based on the customer's output and site requirements. After reaching a consensus with the customer, we immediately put into production and followed the contract stipulations. The delivery date was met and the goods were shipped on time.



      After the customer received the dryer, our company arranged professional engineers to go to the site to guide the installation and debugging. It was successfully put into use in July. The customer is very satisfied with the drying results.
